Draw with Starting Groups
When starting groups are defined, the drawing of start times will work differently. If you select a certain class and Draw / Manage Start Times, there is a function Draw with Starting Groups that take the starting groups into account when distributing times (the time in First start field is ignored). The Draw Class function works as usual and ignores the starting groups; it is the only possibility to draw a certain class without starting groups.The functions under Draw Start Times for Several Classes also work differently. Draw Automatically tries to estimate the number of parallel starters required for the participants to get a place in their starting groups.
With Draw Manually, you get greater control over the number of parallel starters and how similar courses are allowed for participants who start at the same time. You can also control whether runners who do not get a place in the starting groups should be moved to other groups (registration date is taken into account, the last registered will be the first to move to another group, if needed). The alternative is that the group's time interval grows and pushes subsequent groups forward.
MeOS Insight
It is quite difficult to make a good distribution between classes and runners so that requests are accommodated and not too many in a certain class (and club) gather within the same interval. Even if a certain starting group is not full, the places for a certain class (or course, or first control) may run out. MeOS tries to lay out the classes so that runners with the same initial control do not start at the same time; in manual mode, you can set how many initial joint controls are allowed.
To make it easier for MeOS to make a good distribution, the following requirements should be considered by the course setter:

Sprida mellan klasser Startgrupp

Hej jag försöker få till en bra lottning för vår tävling där vi helst skulle vilja kunna sprida ut antalet startande så att det blir 1/2 per minut som går ut.
jag hittar inte något sätt att kunna sätta en offset och intervall för varje klass.
Önskan är att det skulle ge en spridning i varje Start grupp.
H10 offset=0 intervall 3 min
H12 offset=1 intervall 3 min
H14 offset=2 intervall 3 min
detta skulle resultera i:
Startgrupp 1 10:00
10:00 H10
10:01 H12
10:02 H14
10:03 H10
10:04 H12
10:05 H14
Start grupp 2 11:00
11:00 H10
11:01 H12
11:02 H14
11:03 H10
11:04 H12
11:05 H14
Ändrar man klassens starttid så ignoreras det när man använder start grupper.
Har jag missat hur man kan åstadkomma detta resultat?
Ser någon en workaround för detta?
