Bibs
Bibs are managed in several ways.Manually by Class
When relatively few classes are to have bibs, it is usually easiest to manage them by class. In connection with the drawing of start lists for an individual class, you can choose to assign bibs by entering the first number. You can choose whether or not vacant slots should be assigned bibs (Assign bibs to vacancies). You can also select Limit number of bibs per class so that, for example, only the first 10 receive a bib (which could make sense for a pursuit).Directly on the page classes, you can also select Bibs to assign bibs without drawing (the order will be the current starting order). There are also some settings here that are related to automatic bib assignment for multiple classes as described below.
Automatic Bib Management
To manage bibs in many classes, it is easiest to use quick settings on the page classes. In the bibs field for each class you can choose- Manual (Bibs are not changed automatically)
- None (Any existing bib is removed)
- Consecutive (The class&[Unknown function 039;s]bibs follow the previous class&[Unknown function 039;s]bibs, possibly with a gap – set Number of reserved bib numbers between classes to control the gap).
- Finally, you can also enter a first number in the class. It is possible to use characters in addition to the number itself, e.g. A-100 (A-101, A-102 etc) in addition to the number itself.
The option to Shift numbers within class to fill gaps means that if competitors/teams are missing from the competition, but are in the file, the numbers are shifted to avoid gaps in the numbering. For example, if the team with number 7 in the file is not in the competition, the team that according to the file should have 8 gets number 7 instead, number 9 gets 8 and so on.
The command Export Basis saves a file with participants of this competition, where you can fill in bibs manually and then import that file.
Team Handling
If the class has teams, there is one more column where you can specify the team members&[Unknown function 039;]bibs in relation to the team&[Unknown function 039;s]bib. You can specify Same, Leg (100-1, 100-2, 100-3 etc), Increasing (100, 101, 102), or Independent, which means that can you assign team member bibs independently. To post a comment, you need to log in.
